I am now buying this for the third time. I absolutely love it. I have it on spicy pasta dishes and also with chilli. Tastes great if you like a bit of heat with your food. As someone who recently turned vegan this is the nicest tasting and most practical parmasan alternative I have found. It lasts a long time (up to 6 months). This is a much better option than the solid vegan cheeses for me because I am the only person who eats them in my household – none of this product goes to waste, unlike the solid cheeses where I normally have to throw half away.
