Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
100g ground almonds
100g fine gluten free oats
Chickpea egg (1 tbsp chickpea flour mixed with 2 tbsp water)
1 tsp dried herbs of your choice
Topping:
chipotle sauce or tomato sauce
1red onion sliced
100g jackfruit sliced thinly
2 tsp of Flavour Fusion Original
Method:
Blitz the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice, tip into a dish and add other ingredients and mix well into a rough dough.
Spread out onto a greaseproof paper lined baking tray and pack down well, especially round the edges.
Spread with tomato sauce or sauce of your choice.
Add toppings of your choice but I used jackfruit and red onion, drizzle with olive oil and bake until the base is cooked.
Sprinkle with Flavour Fusion Original and serve warm.
