INGREDIENTS
1 jar Nowt Poncy Tomato and Basil sauce (available from nowtponcy.co.uk)
3-4 tbsp Flavour Fusion Garlic
8 vegan meatballs of your choice
3-4 Sweet Potatoes sliced and cooked in water until soft
Olive oil
A handful of mushrooms
Salt and Pepper to taste
METHOD
Shallow fry the mushrooms in some olive oil. Add the meatballs and jar of sauce. Add 2 tablesppons of Flavour Fusion Garlic and stir until cooked through.
Mash the sweet potatoes and add a teasppon of Flavour Fusion Garlic to the mash and mix well.
Serve the mash and them spoon on the meatballs and sauce.
