Our recipe for Potato Wedges!
Our Wedges went down a storm at Really Wild Festival in St David’s Pembrokeshire last weekend so we thought we’d share our recipe.

Serves 4.
1lb of potatoes washed and scrubbed. Cut into wedges.
1 tbsp of organic coconut oil.
10-15 teaspoons (depending on personal taste) of Flavour Fusion Original, Garlic or Chilli or all three if you’re feeling extravagant.
Method-
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius or gas mark 5.
Heat coconut oil in baking tray for ten minutes until melted.
Add potatoes and toss in oil and coat with Flavour Fusions.
Bake for 1 hour turning every 20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
