Quality Food Awards.????
Ingredients:
1 kilo of either White Potatoes or Sweet Potatoes washed and cut into wedges
4 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil
4-5 tablespoons of Flavour Fusions of your choice
Method:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius or Gas mark 6.
Place potato wedges in a large basin and toss in oil of your choice.
Sprinkle and coat potatoes with chosen Flavour Fusions
Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower cut into florets
3-4 tablespoons of Flavour Fusion of your choice
4 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
Method:
Preheat oven to either 200 degrees celsius or gas mark 5.
Place cauliflower florets in a large basin.
Add oil and toss until cauliflower completely covered.
Add Flavour Fusions and coat the cauliflower.
Place on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes on the top shelf of the oven until golden brown.
Serve immediately.

We launched our Spread Sensation at the International Food Event where we were representing Wales on the Welsh Showcase Stand.
The event was at Excel Centre in London and our Spread Sensation was very well received.
