Garlic Mushroom & Fennel Risotto 🍄
Chop some mushrooms and chuck in a pan with a little oil and a generous teaspoon of fennel seeds. 🥄
Cook for a few mins while you slice up some fresh garlic, add this to the pan with some dried chillis if you like spicing things up 🌶
Drain a tin of @napolina Spelt and add to the pan. 🌱 chuck a few peas in too if you like them 😋
Make up a stock (half a litre) with your favourite stock powder – I use @marigoldengevita – then add it to the pan a third at a time allowing it to absorb each time. 🧑🏻🍳 Finally add a couple of large spoons of our Flavour Fusion Garlic https://goodcarmafoods.com/shop/flavour-fusion/garlic/ . Stir and serve! 🍽
